Shipping Policy

What You Need to Know

When placing an order with Savvy Bee Salves you agree to all the terms outlined in our “Shipping Policies” below, please read carefully.  Shipping options may be selected at checkout with our Carrier Calculated Shipping drop down menu.

At Savvy Bee Salves we process shipping orders Monday-Friday, from 12 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. CST.

Please allow 2 weeks for processing. We do small batches and then send out orders. You can contact Savvy Bee via email if you need product sooner.

 Once shipped, your order should arrive within 3-7 business days depending on your location. Delivery time is calculated in accordance with business days and does not include weekends or holidays. Please note, delivery times are estimated by the carrier and are not guaranteed even if an expedited shipping method is selected. Delays may occur. Delivery times are estimations.

Savvy Bee is not responsible for lost or stolen product unless the error was on our end.

If your package is visibly damaged or does not contain the contents you ordered, please retain the package in your possession and notify us via email: savvybeesalves@gmail.com so that we may resolve the problem.

Our Return Policy

The Fine Print

When your order arrives, please check purchased items and contact us immediately if there are any questions or concerns. We strive to satisfy our customers and want to communicate the best way to use our products. At this time, we do not offer returns unless the product is defected.  If there is a defected product, we will offer a refund but cannot refund shipping within 30 days of purchase. Please understand we are a small operation and will try to work with unhappy customers.
